个人简介:

主要从事薄膜材料与器件、纳米功能材料与器件、新型电子陶瓷与器件领域的研究工作,曾在美国佛罗里达大学和北卡莱罗纳州立大学留学,目前关注材料结构与性能之间的关系。先后完成国家自然科学基金项目、陕西省科技发展计划项目、陕西省自然科学基金项目、陕西省教育厅重点项目等十余项;在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文40余篇(其中SCI索引20余篇),获国家专利授权三项,获2009年西安市科技进步三等奖。
