2005年毕业于西北工业大学并获得工学博士学位,中国民主促进会会员。2013-2014年在美国佛罗里达大学和北卡莱罗纳州立大学做访问学者,2022年获得陕西高等科学技术研究优秀成果一等奖,2024年获得陕西省技术发明二等奖。
主要研究领域:柔性电子材料与器件、低维电子材料与器件、集成电路设计

教学情况:
目前承担本科生课程《薄膜电子技术》和研究生课程《纳米电子器件设计》、《纳米结构及器件》和《现代表征与测试技术》的教学工作。每年指导本科毕业生若干人,指导研究生若干人。
2015年获西北大学“优秀教师”称号。
2023年获西北大学“优秀教师”称号。
