个人简介:

      近年来,先后主持或承担的项目有国家支撑计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目、教育部春晖计划项目、教育部博士点基金项目、陕西省自然科学基金项目、美国AM创新基金项目共计20项;在Chemical Engineering JournalCarbonJournal of Colloid and Interface Science等学术刊物上发表论文86篇,其中SCI检索48篇,EI和ISTP检索10篇;授权或申请国家发明专利11项,其中以第一发明人身份获得授权国家发明专利4项。Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Journal of Materials Science、Materials Chemistry and Physics等期刊的特约审稿人。荣获陕西省高等学校自然科学奖二等奖(第二完成人)1项,荣获西安市第十八届自然科学优秀学术论文奖一等奖(通信作者)1项、二等奖(第一作者)1项,荣获陕西省优秀教育技术成果二等奖(第一完成人)1次三等奖(第一完成人)1次主编并出版教材“电子材料与器件实验教程”1部,主编并出版“固体物理学CAI软件”1套(光盘)。

研究方向主要从事宽禁带半导体材料与器件、纳米功能材料与器件领域的研究工作

承担本科生《固体物理学》(专业基础课)、《理论物理》(专业基础课)和《电介质物理》(专业选修课)主讲工作。
