个人简介
崔磊,副教授,硕士研究生导师,CCF会员,CCF YOCSEF AC委员,陕西省国际医学交流促进会病理专委会常务委员,2011年获得西北大学软件工程专业学士学位,2019年获得西北大学计算机软件与理论专业博士学位,曾于2011年至2012年、2015年至2017年受学校和国家留学基金委资助,分别在第四军医大学和美国佛罗里达大学的生物医学工程学院进行联合培养。
科研情况
主要致力于医学影像尤其是数字病理图像的分析与应用研究,病理诊断是大多数疾病诊断的“金标准”,本人所带领的团队励志将人工智能技术应用于数字病理图像分析及结构化报告自动生成,辅助医生制定患者最优的临床决策。
目前主持国家自然科学青年基金项目1项、陕西省自然科学青年基金项目1项、西安市科技局人工智能核心技术攻关项目1项,以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI/EI检索论文20余篇,作为主要参与作者同美国团队在Nature子刊Machine Intelligence和Medical Image Analysis等领域内的国际高水平期刊发表论文2篇。作为通讯作者指导学生在医学影像分析顶会MICCAI发表多篇文章。此外,作为第二作者(导师为第一作者)出版了学术专著《从二维到三维医学影像分析及器官三维重建》。
